That distinction matters more than it sounds. The integrity of a DNA or drug test result is decided long before the sample reaches an analyser — at the point where somebody confirms who is being tested, seals the specimen, and writes down what happened. Get that wrong and the best laboratory in the country cannot save the result.
So that is where we work. We verify identity, we complete the chain-of-custody documentation, we seal in front of you, and we coordinate with the accredited laboratory that performs the analysis and issues the report. We do not conduct laboratory testing, and we do not interpret results. We are the part of the process that has to be beyond argument.

Custody documentation
Complete, legible and contemporaneous. A custody form filled in afterwards is not a custody form.

Laboratory coordination
Specimens packaged and transported to the accredited laboratory's requirements, and tracked until they are receipted.
