Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we hold it, who it goes to, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are, and what we are not
Blynn Solutions LLC is a mobile specimen collection and screening coordination company. We collect specimens, verify and document identity, maintain the chain of custody, and coordinate with an accredited partner laboratory that performs the analysis and issues the report under its own accreditation.
We are not a laboratory and we do not analyse specimens. We do not generate genetic results. That distinction matters for this policy, because the information we hold about you is mostly about who was collected, when, and how — not what the result was.
Information we collect
When you enquire or book
Through the booking form, by phone or by email, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, the area you are in, the type of test you need, the number of participants, any deadline or court date, your scheduling preferences, and anything you choose to tell us in the notes field.
If you are opening a firm or employer account we also collect your role, your organisation, its address, the account type, your expected volume and your billing preference.
Please do not send sensitive material through the forms on this site. They are for scheduling only. Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, genetic results or card details through them. The forms say so at the point of entry, and the consent box asks you to confirm it.
At the collection
For a collection under chain of custody we record the participants' names and dates of birth, verify government photo identification and record its details, and photograph the participant where the test type or the receiving agency requires it. We complete the chain-of-custody form and record who was present, the time, the place and the seal numbers.
Payment
Payment is taken at booking, or by invoice where you hold an account with us. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
Your use of this website
This site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell or share information about your visit for advertising purposes.
Why we hold it, and what we do with it
- To arrange and perform your collection — contacting you, confirming a time and place, and attending it.
- To maintain the chain of custody, which is the entire point of a legal or immigration collection. The record has to be complete and it has to be capable of being produced later.
- To transfer the specimen to the accredited laboratory with the documentation that identifies it.
- To take payment and keep our own business records.
- To answer a lawful request — a court order, a subpoena, or a regulator acting within its powers.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use anything collected in the course of a test to market to you, and we do not pass your details to another business for its own marketing.
Who we share it with
- The accredited partner laboratory performing the analysis, which receives the specimen and the accompanying documentation.
- The person or body the test is for — which depends on the test you booked. For an attorney-instructed collection that is the instructing firm. For an employer test it is the employer or the administrator running their programme. For a personal test it is you.
- For embassy and consulate immigration cases, the receiving agency directly. The laboratory sends its report straight to USCIS, the National Visa Center or the consular post. It is not released to the applicant or the petitioner to forward on, and we cannot release it to you.
- Our payment provider, for the transaction only.
- Where the law requires it — a court order, a subpoena, or a lawful regulatory request.
We do not disclose that you contacted us, or the existence of a test, to anyone else without your written authorisation or a legal obligation to do so.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. We keep collection and chain-of-custody records for longer, because a legal, court or immigration matter may require the record to be produced well after the collection, and because the accredited laboratory's own standards and applicable law set requirements we have to meet. We do not keep records for longer than those purposes need.
How we protect it
Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work. Completed chain-of-custody documentation and identity records are kept secured and are not left in vehicles or in shared spaces. Specimens are sealed in the participant's presence, and the seal is what evidences that they have not been interfered with in transit.
Children
We collect from children regularly — paternity, maternity and immigration cases routinely involve a minor. We do so only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, or under a court order, and we require identification for the adult presenting the child. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from a child through it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct something that is wrong, ask us to stop contacting you, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Write to support@blynnsolutions.com or call 1 (888) 966-8855.
Two limits worth stating plainly. We cannot delete a chain-of-custody record that a legal or immigration matter still depends on, and we cannot retrieve or release a report that the laboratory has sent directly to a receiving agency.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
