The same accredited laboratory
The analysis is identical to the legal test. What differs is the documentation that travels with the specimen.
Discussed only with you
Your result goes to you. We discuss it with nobody else without your written authorisation.
What it cannot be used for.
This matters more than anything else on this page, so it is set out plainly.
No chain of custody
A personal test has no custody record. It cannot be used in court, for immigration, or by a child support agency, an employer or any other body.
It cannot be upgraded afterwards
The documentation has to exist from the moment of collection and cannot be reconstructed later. If there is any chance somebody else will rely on the result, book the legal test instead.
